So far so good on the trans operation. Didn't like the fact that the delivery vendor charged us $80 for liftgate service when they didn't provide lift gate service. We had to back a pickup truck up to the back of their trailer in the median of the highway in front of our shop as they said they couldn't deliver to our bay door. After some back and forth with Quantum Gear customer service, they said they would refund the cost.

Robert, thank you for the honest write-up, and I'm sorry about the delivery. Paying for a liftgate and then having to back your own truck up to the trailer in the median is not how that should have gone. We're taking this up with the carrier so they know exactly what happened at your shop, because that's not a situation we want repeated for you or anyone else. The $80 liftgate charge went back to your card on Tuesday, so it should already be showing on your statement. On your next order, just mention it and we'll put a note on the shipment for the driver so the delivery goes the way it's supposed to. Really glad the transmission itself is doing well.
