We see you've been a client since mid August, running only a single software system (Kong) which is sitting currently sitting at a small profit of 1.2%. We would obviously hope for better than this for you! We have reviewed your account and have a few suggestions, which we would love to discuss on a call. First, we would like to ensure you are also testing Axis and Athena, as all three systems are available to all clients on a trial basis. Second, we see the issue with your account has been multiple connectivity issues with your own VPS, which have caused your software to enter and exit trades erratically. This has nothing to do with the software, but with the connection between your brokerage and your VPS provider. We provide training on how to ensure your VPS remains connected, which we recommend clients check on a few times per week.
