Well after ordering a transmission from them it is when i looked online and seen all the bad reviews. I waited almost 7 weeks for my transmission but i finially got it and it running well so far . My rating is a 3 because one the part was delivered to the repair shop the person to whom recieved it asked where this part came from and they said a salvage yard in Houston . well i realised then the reason it took so long was because they had to find one or wait for the right one to be available for my car . so they charged me 1200 bucks for locating a used part in my town to have it sent to me . well i could have done that for a lot cheaper . They dont have a salvage yard they are locaters . so before you pay alot of money to this company try lavating one near you instead .

Not sure what to think, it has too many recent complaints from former customers. and just 1 good one ? the other ones are approximately 3 years old

I had to pay for 2 installations because the first transmission was bad. It took a little longer than I would have liked because of having to wait for both transmissions to get here and be installed. So far the second transmission is doing well.

Why bother to tell folks delivery in a few days when you deliver on the last possible business day. I order 10/2 and did not receive until 10/22. Seems like forever when you have no car. Tried o find out where order was and no tracking email. Called to find out and said they had sent it, asked for a tracking to be sent again. Said they would never got it. Overall, Not a friendly company to deal with.
