Best mattress shop in the Chicago area!
Most people will come to Quality Sleep Shop, try a few mattresses, get good customer service, buy a quality mattress at a low price and be pleased with their purchase. I needed a couple extra steps to get there, but Tim the owner and the whole crew go out of their way to accommodate their customers. That kind of service, and having their own manufacturing site down the road, sets them apart. After previously trying two top online brands and sending back their mattresses because I was sleeping too hot, I came to Quality Sleep Shop. We discussed which mattress I should go with and I gave it a try. My new mattress was better than other mattresses I had tried, but not quite good enough. Tim and his manufacturing manager talked about other options and they adjusted my mattress by inserting micro coils. Problem solved. You just don't get that type of service anywhere else, and it's at a competitive price with the online retailers.
