About Quality Sleep Shop

The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. Compare our mattresses and customer service and you will see that our products are an outstanding value. We can build custom-sized mattresses by request for boats, RVs, antique beds and more. Contact us for more information on custom mattresses and sizes. Quality Sleep Shop offers a full warranty on all of our mattress choices. We do not pro-rate our warranty. See our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial. We want you to be confident you are purchasing the highest-quality, handcrafted mattress.

Healthy, Quality Mattresses and Excellent Customer Service
We just ordered our 4th mattress from mygreenmattress.com and I cannot speak highly enough about the product and experience. The commitment to using the best materials for health and wellness and the level of customer service are second to none. Since we are not near a showroom (we live in Los Angeles), Tim has worked with us each time to make sure we get the perfect mattress for our needs. The mattresses are so comfortable and provide for a great night of sleep for the adults and kids alike in our family. I have recommended the mattresses to family and friends and everyone has been thrilled. Thank you for a wonderful product and incredible customer experience!

I had a fabulous experiencer shopping at the Quality Sleep Shop. The clerk was very knowledgable. There was no pressure to buy and she didn't steer me to the most expensive mattress set. I wound up buying three mattress sets. I am most pleased with my mattress and am having the best sleep I have had in years.

Excellent locally owned
Excellent locally owned, made in shop mattress store. Tim was wonderful about his advice and his experiences truly help his customers make an informed decision. Blows away the big box stores and "mattress shops".

We just bought a second mattress here
We just bought a second mattress here - so pleased! First mattress was a special size for an antique bed frame. it came in too long, so Quality Sleep Shop said, "no problem." they took it back, made it two inches shorter, returned it in two days, looking perfect and fitting just as desired. A year later, I could not find the name of this store and bought a mattress for our master from Carsons. Expensive mattress was hot from the start and sagging in two weeks. Total struggle to return for full refund. Rediscovered QSS, walked in, chose our new mattress knowing that they would swap it for a softer version if needed. had it in three days, delivered with a smile. all natural materials are fantastic - not forced to buy special cover for "warranty" - just a good company that stands by their product. Hooray! LOVE this mattress and this company - American made and local. Can't be beat.
