About Quality Sleep Shop

The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. Compare our mattresses and customer service and you will see that our products are an outstanding value. We can build custom-sized mattresses by request for boats, RVs, antique beds and more. Contact us for more information on custom mattresses and sizes. Quality Sleep Shop offers a full warranty on all of our mattress choices. We do not pro-rate our warranty. See our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial. We want you to be confident you are purchasing the highest-quality, handcrafted mattress.

Excellent organic mattresses from a Quality Sleep Shop!
This is an excellent place to buy an organic bed. We searched repeatedly for an organic bed store that we could visit and see and try-out the bed before we came across the Quality Sleep Shop. The owner, Tim, was there when we stopped in and he answered all our questions with detailed information. The My Green Mattresses were just what we were looking for with organic wool, organic cotton, natural rubber latex, and no harmful chemicals or flame-retardants found in conventional mattresses. We bought two organic mattresses, within a month of our initial visit, from another associate at the store who was equally helpful. The mattresses were priced competitively and delivered on time. We have been sleeping contentedly on the mattresses for one month now. The mattresses are well-made and extremely comfortable. I would recommend these mattresses and The Quality Sleep Shop to anyone. You will be highly satisfied with the customer service and the product!

Needed a new mattress but didn't want …
Needed a new mattress but didn't want another one with memory foam-sleeping on a sheet of compressed rubber makes me sweat. Not many options. Found this place online, called and went in to try them out. Mattresses are made to order. We needed extra support so they put in more coils. We've had the bed for a few weeks and love it-sleeping cool and comfy on natural materials. Only took a few days from visiting the store to sleeping on the bed. GREAT VALUE and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tim has been in the business a long time and knows his stuff. Their prices are better than that company that bought up all other mattress stores. We are customers for life.
