Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take matters regarding communication and business ethics very seriously. We would like to gently clarify that Quality Resource LLC maintains strict compliance with all outreach regulations, including honoring all Do Not Call requests immediately. Furthermore, we do not utilize number spoofing practices, as transparency is a core value of our operations. Because the behavior you described does not align with our standard practices or technology, we suspect your business may unfortunately be targeted by a third-party caller masking their identity under our company name. This is a frustrating trend in the industry, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption it is causing your business. We would be grateful for the opportunity to look into this further. Please feel free to reach out to our compliance team directly through our official website contact channels so we can verify if your number is in our system and ensure you are not receiving any authorized communication from us. Best regards, The Quality Resource LLC Team
