Doug Louis called me, sounded like from the middle east, claiming he was in Texas, from a phone number in Florida. I was busy and he wouldn't stop speaking so i told him to send me the info in an email and I would review and call back if interested. He sent the email and called about 15 mins late to talk. I stated again I was busy and he could call back later. We he called back i had questions about "Map Stacking" and other details in the proposal. I ran the pdf through multiple AI's and they all concluded the same thing. "In the SEO industry, "Google Map Stacking" (or entity stacking) is a black-hat or grey-hat link-building strategy. It involves creating and interlinking multiple fake Google Business Profiles, custom Google My Maps, and other Google Drive assets (Docs, Sheets) to channel authority back to a single website." As I was stating this Doug cut me off and said his "Manager" was listening and would answer these questions. So i started speaking to the manager who was EXTEMELY combative. Told me ai is wrong and I don't know how to use it properly and their is a skill gap. Map stacking is not against Google's TOS. It is, i looked it up on Google's TOS myself. I told him to stop and asked him if he was really speaking to me this way while asking me for 3K a year. He then got even nastier and I told him to put me on the do not call list and he said F$#@ YOU YOU PIECE OF SHIT AND F$#@ OFF and hung up. These people are insane. I am glad it did not go farther than this unrequested sales attempt.

Too aggressive and annoying while pitching and trying to make a sale. Not taking no as an answer.

This company has called me over and over and over after being told to stop. I would not do business with this company if I had a gun to my head!

Scam company!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Quality Resource LLC constantly calls my business, sometimes multiple times per day. I have explicitly asked to be placed on their Do Not Call list, but the calls continue without stopping. What makes this even worse is that they spoof phone numbers to make it look like they are calling from a local area code. No legitimate or reputable company would need to hide their real number like that. These are not normal sales calls—this is harassment. I cannot get them to stop, and their behavior is exactly what you would expect from a scam operation.

Did not use their services, but was turned off by their aggressiveness in sales, talking a million words a minute, constantly running circles around me, became angry and irritated at my resistance. Weird guilt tripping about how I wasted their time, wanted me to pay upfront for something I wasn't even looking for, etc., etc. They called me, hung up before I could answer, leaving no message. I called back, thinking they were a customer, and got dragged into an exhausting sales call. I had never heard of them, didn't know anything about them, but I didn't like their sales tactics. They desperately wanted me to pay them before the end of the call and close out a deal, but as far as I could tell they offered services that I already receive from competitors. I got burned once by a company like this early in starting a business. I am open to receiving calls for marketing deals and whatnot, but not this kind. Even if they offer valuable services, I wouldn't trust their salespeople. They also kept talking about geo-tagging of images on Google. A cursory amount of research indicates this is an outdated tactic that has almost no value in improving Google listings.

This company took my card information and ran it without authorization. Scam scam scam
