I called up last min and spoke with Rachel. She sat there on the phone with me for about an hour maybe more. We discussed in detail and reviewed several times my purchase. She was there for me every step of the way. I needed my order within two days. Not only did my order arrive, the product was exactly the way I described but Rachel called several times to check on the arrival of the order and to see how I like it. I deal with people all day long and many times it involves customer service. In all the years If I had to describe this experience Rachel was one of a kind!!!! She was absolutely fantastic. Five stars just isn't enough. My only question is....does the owner of the company know what a rare gem of an employee he/she has?
