I was under a tight timeline and budget but found what I needed at Quality Imprint. I ordered the backpacks and Frisbees and told Marvin Suarez I needed them somewhat quickly, in just two weeks. Marvin said he would make it happen and he did. We got the products in time and they look great and are good quality. Thanks Marvin for saving the day!

The product they providing was just as described, although the ink on some of my lighters was rubbed off or easily removed by finger. But the rep I was dealing with was very prompt and responsive and made sure I was taken care of! Thank you Ana, and Camilla

Ana from customer service has helped me to find the right product, and the final customize item looks great. I really appreciate her patience in every call, she has done it often but with courtesy. I will recommend this company for sure! Only one suggestion, the product I got (shoe bag for cleats) should be shown in the website more precisely, it is not shown the net on the sides that it is an important feature in the bag. More & high quality pictures, even a picture with a person to have an idea of the dimension will help as well. Thanks!

I had been searching for a company to do item customizing for my promotion marketing for weeks, trying to find the best prices and quality. Out of probably 5 sites of researching, a rep from Quality Imprint (Ana Ruiz) called me to ask how she could be of help. Originally, I thought the site only had one thing I needed, but after speaking with Ana, she was able to find all the products I needed. She was very attentive and understanding of what I needed and my intent for the products. She asked for more details about my business to better assist me and she even gave professional guidance when I asked. She helped me make decisions about the printing that would best suit my brand and company. I feel joy in writing this review because the 5 stars I rated are soooooo well deserved. Ana was so quick with the proofs, researching my options, and every time I sent an email or called, she was right there. I hope this review does not portray me as one of those nagging, obsessive customers that need their hand held because that is not my personality at all.... I just want to get the point across that Ana worked with me to get what I needed and I am truly grateful. Not sure about every representative for Qualityimprint.com, but I can vouch for Ana. And, if every rep is like her, this is the only place you should go for your promotional products!

Wonderful Ana Ruiz has been wonderful to work with - she is prompt and very helpful. We ordered balloons and beach balls with the university logo on them and they look fantastic.

Great customer service! I have had a couple events come up that I needed products with our company logo put on at the last minute.
