Ana Ruiz has been our rep for as long as I can remember. She is the reason we stay with Quality Imprint. We are in a local business group and we have a company in it that provides many of the same items, but Ana has always gone above and beyond helping us find just the right thing, sending us suggestions of items she thinks we would like, following up with me when I get sidetracked by our crazy schedule so I don't run out of things, taking care of things if they are not done properly by the printer, and is just an all around wonderful person to work with. We look for unique items and have loved many of them we have purchased over the years. My company was throwing a last minute employee appreciation and I needed gifts quickly. Amber was great! I let her know I was in a hurry and needed the items faster than the website would allow. She called the factory and asked them if they could meet my deadline and they did! I couldn't be happier with the products, service and customer service I received.
