The logos on our basketballs were too…
The logos on our basketballs were too small and they could not get the supplier to re due the balls. Only offered us a 100 discount which was unacceptable. The previous years everything was great but this year it was a big disappointment they didn't stand behind their mistake. Thank you for responding and getting back to me.

Apologies for this Jon. There has been some changes in the imprint method on the basketballs. Our facility can no longer offer the redo or reprint because the direct print is no longer offered. We were able to offer you a $120.00 or a 24% discount to resolve the issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
