The rep we spoke with was very spontaneous. He was very responsive and was able to answer all my questions even though it was very complicated. Sadly, we only have limited time to get this over with so we ended up buying through a local vendor instead but i just love how he took care about our inquiry, pricing and digital sample requests. We will be contacting you guys in the future and we hope we get to speak with him again.

Very disappointed in this company. The quality of my tumblers were terrible. I was to receive 22 oz and it was 16oz, and the logo was SO SMALL. UPDATE- I have since been contacted by the company and they have went above and beyond to correct this issue for me. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received after this incident. They truly care about their customers!
