The best thing was the service. Liz did a great job answering all the questions. I couldn't have received a better and more attentive customer service. Regarding the actual product, I think the quality is ok, the design was as expected, the only thing that I didn't realize is that the specific model is not perfectly tailored to tipicall computers like mine (Macbook air) you get it a little bit to the side, not perfectly centered.

Everyone was very helpful and I did get my order on time, although I was a little concerned that it took longer than last year to arrive.

1st time using them UA lift of products excellent, little expensive as no promotional offers available.

Car flags were perfect. Order was processed a little slower than expected. In the end, they overnighted to meet our deadline.

The package with the items seemed a bit cramped. Also, wish there was some kind of wrapping or packaging for each individual item instead of them just loose. All in all, the quality of the print was pretty good.

Dealing with this company was very simple. They gave me photos of the sample and an estimate very quickly. They were not bothersome in their emails, but just persistent enough for me to remember! The package shipped quickly. My only complaint was that the box was written on and sort of destroyed, and there was no packing slip enclosed. That would have been helpful for our bookkeeper. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

We ordered three products. Sunglasses, beach balls and frisbees. The beach balls and frisbees arrived right on time and were awesome. The sunglasses didn’t arrive by the date needed and we had to ask for a refund. Still waiting on refund but customer service seems to be pretty good.
