Great follow through with a new potential customer
Being a new inquiry, and getting sample in a few days was impressive. Then the follow up email to find out if there was anything else they could help out with gave me the feeling it was important to Quality Imprint. Although my customer went in a different direction, I will be in contact for future orders. Thank you again.
