We tried our best even with the challenging circumstances however our factories are currently under staff and is trying to work double to serve all our clients. We are sorry to hear about the out of stock issue. We have reviewed the inquiry timing with the placement of your order and we do apologize that it didn't work out as expected. We do encourage our customer to always have a sense of urgency on placement of order to ensure stock are reserved at the time of the quotation. We will improve our service and follow up to avoid this from happening.

John, we apologize for what happened on your order. It is true that the factory has finished the order and have assigned UPS to ship the order to the US. Unfortunately, in the most recent weeks the content of hand sanitizers have new restrictions that caused most of these orders to be delayed in the release by customs. There were also fewer aircraft flights to accommodate the numerous shipments as most companies like us resorted to our overseas factory to help with the demands. It has happened across our industry from the beginning of April and we truly are sorry for what our situations has led us to. If there were any quick resolutions of on-hand sanitizers it could have been an alternative but unfortunately, they're all wiped out in stock. We hope to resolve this for you soon! Rest assured we are monitoring the progress of your shipment.
