QuadraNet has left customers of Alpharacks out in the cold playing judge jury and executioner without trial. Customers of Alpha (and others) have had no warning that their servers were about to be shut off. I'd recommend you check who your next provider's upstream connection is and just say no-way if it's QuadraNet. I don't care what Alpharacks has done, obviously they are finished, but QuadraNet please give us a few days to access our servers to get our data back!!

Make sure your hosting provider is not using servers owned, collocated or have anything to do with QuadraNet, they are currently keeping disconnected all ex nfphosting and WootHosting customers . Yes 14 days so far and no resolution.

Suspended all AlphaRacks servers without an explain to their customers. Regardless of we are your direct client or not, I won't believe in your company any more.
