We get a lot of abuses from customers of this company. They hardly take action and never respond to our sent reports. :(

Our servers have been offline for 5 days now, and all their ticket replies are generic, providing no meaningful information. They continue to misrepresent the nature of the issues they’re facing, but from what I can tell, it seems they might be out of business.

The most horrible company I have ever seen. The most horrible service, employees, and service. The most irresponsible company. Do not do business with them.

I’ve had a terrible experience with QuadraNet ever since the new ownership or management took over. Our dedicated server in LAX has been down for over a week now, and we’re losing valuable time and money because of it. To get back online, their network team recommended changing the IP. The server did come back up after the change, but just a week later, the network is down again. Communication has been awful, and no one seems to know what’s going on. All they can tell us is that it’s a network issue, but no clear resolution in sight. I’m beyond frustrated with their service and support, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid This Company – Unresponsive to Spam Reports and Irresponsible! I had a serious issue with this company sending unauthorized emails, pretending to be my business. I reached out to report the abuse, hoping they would take action to stop the spam. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my ticket and showed zero responsibility for their actions.

QuadraNet, which we have been using fore more than five years, kept charging us for a canceled server without our knowledge for many many months. Thankfully our accountant discovered this. It was a PayPal subscription which they kept charging, without sending us any notification, and using the old subscription from the old server. They now owe us about $13,000 is overcharges and won't pay it back, At first they communicated with us but now they are ignoring our emails. Please beware of doing business with this company.
