Flight with frontier airlines from Atlanta to Denver was late. No one around to assist with baggage claim THERE WERE NO NOT ANY BAGGAGE AT FRONTIER BAGGAGE CLAIM. Baggage claim center was closed. No Ubers were available. I made a reservation with FOX RENT A CAR the person waiting for FOX SHUTTLE explained there was no shuttle for hours I waited he was right!! No shuttle. The airport taxi don’t take rides to FOX RENT A CAR after 2hours a Taxi charge $30 to drive to FOX RENT A CAR WAS SHUT DOWN LIGHTS OUT GATE CLOSED.a man outside was taking photos of the dark empty building saying he also was there for a car and it’s was supposed to be open 24 hours FOX WAA CLOSED. I then had to pay $75 to drive to my family’s house. I am here in Denver because of a sudden family emergency. After some rest I called and waited on hold 58 mins while speaking to representative he disconnected the call without giving me any further info. I have attempted to call Fox Rent a car several times waiting on hold and have been disconnected several different times while waiting on hold. I am now paying for a ride to the airport in person to check the status of the Fox reservation while still on hold trying very hard to get someone on the phone for clarity and the rental that I have reserved. This has been a very frustrating experience along with the emergency in my family and losing someone I love. I didn’t like the fact if you cancel you can’t use your credit unless you contact them. They pick flights that are much higher for you. Last time booking here....
