The whole process has been nerve…
The whole process has been nerve wracking! With everything going on in our country I just want my thirteen year old Granddaughter home. I waited all night to find out why it was only being processed. I then received a call to inform me that it was an additional 150$ . It should have said that when I put in her age.So now after coming up with the ticket money I'm scrambling to get the 150 extra for her to board the plane...wow!One star because there is no lesser option!

Dear customer, I am sorry about your experience. The unaccompanied minor fees get charged by the airline and is not ours. Our quotes are shown before the passenger information is entered and are later manually checked for abnormalities. When our system flags a minor flying without an adult we contact the family to go over options. In many cases we find out that an adult is flying in a separate booking and the fee is not needed. We apologize for the confusion and hope your granddaughter reaches you safe and healthy. Qtrip Team
