We are sorry you had an issue. We tried calling and emailing you but we have not heard back. It sounds like Fedex was rough on the package. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly reshipped the product. Just to clarify, you paid a total of $21.93 to Fedex the package from our warehouse in AZ to your remote, rural location in Mississippi. Fedex sets the rates; we do not. Thanks for shopping with us.
