The process was very simple with virtually everything done via E-mail other than the live signature on the court document. Scott was very prompt returning "all" email correspondence. Wasn't much of a need for a lot of phone conversations so other than the initial conversation and the live signature and a 49 cent stamp, everything was handled electronically and quickly. Scott explained how the process would work along with timing and everything panned out exactly as he said it would. Great experience and I would recommend his services.

Mr Dicus' firm was incredibly informative before even contracting him. He took the time to explain the legal rationale for my case and probability of success, mitigating circumstances, etc. He personally prepares motions and preps assisting attorneys and monitored my case every step. Regardless of the outcome (which Mr Dicus did succeed) he instilled faith and hope in his expertise. I have no reservations and would recommend his services to anyone. I live out of state and took a leap of faith, after having heard horror stories of other firms that take advantage of situations like mine. I had a petty theft infraction a few years ago. I have been working with Mr Dicus (mostly via email) to have this expunged. He emailed me and told me that the court accepted the petition to expunge the conviction. I never had to leave the east coast to show up to a court room! I would highly recommend him for ease of working, and of course the end result. Excellent attention to detail. First time was a charm! JRB
