My employer was aware of my felony conviction, but because we were going to be contracting with several government agencies he told me that I needed to get my felony reduced and expunged or he was going to have to let me go. I worked with Scott Dicus and he was able to write a letter to my employer that bought me a little time. The felony was reduced and expunged in a little over a month. I'm still employed.
