It it hard to know who to turn to when you are dealing with a sensitive issue, such as a past violation that continues to haunt your job prospects. I turned to Scott at Qik Law, and with his help, my record has been successfully expunged. I contacted Scott Dicus about five months ago to discuss a wage garnishment order that had recently been delivered to the HR department where I work. Mr. Dicus took the time to explain to me the law regarding garnishment and how bankruptcy would help. Once I retained his services, he took care of everything. My paperwork was filed two days later. As promised, the garnishment stopped within days of filing. He contacted the sheriff to make sure all garnished funds were returned. When the judge approved my case, all my debts were eliminated.
