Great customer service with brother abass and aasma. The were there every step of the way during our trip ready to answer all our questions to resolve any issues that came up. Best of all brother abass was always available whenever needed no matter what time it was. Highly recommend Qiblatain for any future trips for your best experience.

I was working with Ali Hussein he was very helpful I like all of his services he was very fast and honest. 5 star

I spoke with Taiba Batool for questions about booking a umrah trip. She was very helpful, giving us great deals on packages and showing proof of business registration. She is patient and talked to us on the phone and via text. Very responsive and nice. Although we ended up choosing to delay our trip for personal reasons, we will in sha Allah, inquire with her again for a future trip.

Excellent service, I'm very satisfied with qiblatain, especially Rohan he did a great job. You can contact him anytime during Umrah and he will update you about everything regarding the process. Highly recomended for umrah packages. Rohan and Usman are the best agents from qiblatain travels.

First time using Qiblatain. It was great dealing with Usman. He was very prompt with answering my questions. I had pre-booked an Umrah trip but my plans changed and with no hassle my deposit was returned. I will be using them when I am ready to rebook my Umrah trip because of their service and price!
