I found the Qibla Gateway agency through a proposed ad on instagram and was a bit skeptical at first due to online scams etc. I went ahead and contacted the company and Ali was my agent. I also contacted a few other agencies and compared the rates and can say that Qibla Gateway not only had the best price for the best accommodations but also the best customer service. Ali was very responsive, honest and practical. Within 24/48 hours every work paper and accommodations were handled from the US to Saudi to Qatar and back to the US. The onsite team in Mecca and Madinah were amazing and showed up on time for every single outing and communicated the timeline and what to except ahead of the tours via WhatsApp. You will not be disappointed by the Qibla team. They made my first Umrah a great experience mashallah. I cannot thank the team enough. Thank you all ❤️.
