The flowers were fine but the constant promotional emails & the fact that the unsubscribe doesn't work make this a florist to stay far away from.

Hello, We're so sorry to hear you're having issues with our promotional material. When you've unsubscribed, our system has it set as a permanent choice. If you would like to, please call us tomorrow during business hours and we can make sure your email is completely off every audience list. Sometimes if you've made multiple orders through us, your email is duplicated. It doesn't happen often, but we can see if it's the case here. Hope this helps! Best, Abigail @QG
