I purchased 3 bouquets for Mother’s Day. Beautiful at first, and then one bouquet the flowers flopped over when we placed them in the vase. The hydrangeas did not last and it was only a few hours. You sell your bouquet for $65, I expect the flowers to be good... which they weren’t.

I gave them 10 days for delivery, but they had to call first to make sure the recipient is at home. No they delivered to a neighbor who only was home three days later and the flowers were not more in good shape. the minimum I could order was for $75.00 and delivery$ 25.00. I could have gotten for this price a lot of and fresh flowers. Never will use the company again.

Hi Christine, So sorry to hear you had some trouble with an order. We don't allow for a 10 day window, even if the customer says it's okay. Flowers wilt within 5 days if they're not taken care of. If we can't get ahold of the recipient, it is very common with every flower shop to leave with a trusted neighbor or doorman. Delivering the same arrangement back and forth can cause wear on the flowers so we only allow for 3 delivery opportunities in most cases. It would be most beneficial to order for a delivery date when you know the customer will be home for the whole day in cases of presents such as food, flowers, or plants. That way they don't expire by the time they're delivered. We are open 7 days a week for cases such as that with same-day delivery options for Saturday and Sunday as well. We pride ourselves in having only high quality flowers which means fewer flowers in an arrangement than you would get at a bodega for a similar price, but these flowers will last up to 3 weeks if taken care of. I was very disappointed in the arrangement you sent. It wasn’t worth $25. let alone the $75. plus delivery that I spent.

Spent $150 on an arrangement for a Christmas gift. Horrible. Was so small and barely had any flowers. Super disappointing considering the money spent.

The flowers were fine but the constant promotional emails & the fact that the unsubscribe doesn't work make this a florist to stay far away from.

The floral arrangement at the wake was not as depicted on the website. It was NOT white roses, but red, and looked like someone put a few roses in a vase that was too big. I was embarrassed and will never use this service again.
