QFC truly doesn't Care about Customer Service, or their customers. Especially the QFC at REDMOND RIDGE in Washington State. The Store Managers laugh in the Customer's Face. To them the Customer is nothing but a JOKE. The employees who don't want to do their jobs properly; can be extremely Rude to the Customers and QFC managers take it like it's a GAME TO ALL OF THEM!! You the Customer, are a loser for Shopping there. The people who Work at the QFC at Redmond Ridge

They have these new digital coupons that were supposed to use our phone to scan the coupon and it's hard to scan it I was in there 20 minutes trying to get two items QFC I'm done with you guys I hope you guys move out of town. Or do something better with the coupon specials. I like to give people A+ but I give you guys a F- I haven't had a drink or a drug in 28 years and this is the most ridiculous store I've ever been to.

This is for 4800 4th st renton highlands store. Attention Management (In regards to Daqualine behavior ), As a customer, I was very uncomfortable witnessing a manager speak negatively about a young employee. This employee has consistently been helpful during my visits. The behavior created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere that affected the overall customer experience. I strongly recommend considering appropriate corrective actions, including possible suspension and additional training. It also raises concern about how many employees may be subjected to this type of treatment on a regular basis. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
