I was contacted by Stephanie regarding a free custom website mockup. The initial email stated that all I needed to do was reply “yes” to get started. However, after responding, I received five additional emails requesting more information. I eventually submitted everything through the secure link provided. Despite that, I then received another message asking whether they should still reserve my spot—along with an incorrect business name, which was concerning. I replied to clarify that I had already submitted the requested details and had been told the mockup would be ready in approximately 15 hours. Since then, I have received no further communication. This experience has been disappointing. Reaching out to potential clients without following through, combined with misidentifying the business, does not inspire confidence in their attention to detail or reliability.

We have used qretail in the past but they totally messed up some basic search changes we needed made to our site. When I joined a call to discuss and show them what was needed, their representative got very defensive and would not agree to make changes. I asked for a refund but they refused and claimed I had approved the changes - which I had not.

Horrible, horrible company. Installed my website using an ilegally downloaded theme on Shopify, got my account suspended (and my website offline) and then wanted to charge me over 1k to make it right. Run away!

QeRetail installed a sliding cart with an option to continue shopping or checkout. There was no link from the cart to checkout. This went into production on Friday night and lost four days of revenue. QeRetail never checked to make sure the links were set and operating properly. Needless to say they take no accountability. 5.18.24- In response to their reply, They say there was a miscommunication, the only miscommunication was internal at QeRetail, it is very concerning that they now take responsibility when all their emails leading up to this review said they take no accountability. I will again reach out to them and if they are willing to take accountability then I will modify my review. Let’s see how they respond.

Mike and Stephanie (or whoever they really are) spam email you then because we are about to redo our site and have the exact template ready which we have perfected for our business over almost 20 years. They come back with a total disaster but very pretty to a common person which is design hell with things all over the place. Not structured anything like ours as they later state they submit the same mock to everyone with different images only. They are the worst kind of firm. Run and don't buy a website from anyone unless you know exactly how it should be approached and function.

SCAM, STAY AWAY! When qeretail contacted me, they claimed to be a legit US business. In reality its a team of low end coders based in India. They were super responsive while pitching and offered to make multiple needed changes in layout, colour schemes. Once I made the payment, the quality of mockups dropped to near 0, the account manager became unresponsive, claiming this is the only mockup they can do (without listening to what I wanted). I felt that qeretail's behind the scenes designer was an engineer who knows how to draw squares and rectangles and nothing more, theme quality was horrible (left me speechless). Its during this time I realised that they dont have designers in the company, its a bunch of low end developers - who co-incidentally never speak to the clients (likely outsourced further to people on Fiverr). When I contacted the US team to explain the situation, I did not receive a response. While I lost the money I paid them, I would urge people to stay away. Its likely a SCAM!

QERetail does nothing more than use other agencies free tools and resells the information to their clients.
