QeRetailReviews of qeretail.com

QeRetail's team was great! Very responsive and super helpful when it came to making adjustments and other changes. Would definitely work with them again!

Pritam and the team are great to work with and brought my website to the next level when needed.

The team QeRetail always deliver. They have helped update and customise our website for the past 3-4 years. The process is quick easy and reliable, we plan to use their services ongoing. Highly recommend.

I was contacted by Stephanie regarding a free custom website mockup. The initial email stated that all I needed to do was reply “yes” to get started. However, after responding, I received five additional emails requesting more information. I eventually submitted everything through the secure link provided. Despite that, I then received another message asking whether they should still reserve my spot—along with an incorrect business name, which was concerning. I replied to clarify that I had already submitted the requested details and had been told the mockup would be ready in approximately 15 hours. Since then, I have received no further communication. This experience has been disappointing. Reaching out to potential clients without following through, combined with misidentifying the business, does not inspire confidence in their attention to detail or reliability.

Firstly I just want to say that they are very good at what they do. Redesigning websites to exactly how the client likes and I give 5* for this. However, when they redesigned my website, they never used the most recent version available on Shopify and therefore to update to the newer version I would have to pay again which I’m not happy about Secondly, the changes they make are not easy to change unless you know coding, therefore even tiny changes need to be paid for It seems they redesign then wait for you to need them again and pay more money For this reason sadly I wouldn’t use this company again

I’m so happy with the end result – the website turned out absolutely beautiful! In the beginning, it took a bit of back-and-forth to get the look and feel just right, and communicating remotely and via email can sometimes be a challenge. But in the end, everything came together perfectly. I’ve received so many compliments already, and I’m proud to say this will be my go-to team for future projects. Thank you Ruth & QeRetail!

We have used qretail in the past but they totally messed up some basic search changes we needed made to our site. When I joined a call to discuss and show them what was needed, their representative got very defensive and would not agree to make changes. I asked for a refund but they refused and claimed I had approved the changes - which I had not.

Very happy with the work and the look of our new website. Looking forward to an exciting shopping experience with the customers. Everything was done as agreed. Good price. Recommended!
