QeRetailReviews of qeretail.com

I had the pleasure of working with Pritam as the project manager for the redesign of our company website with QeRetail, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. From the outset, Pritam demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. He was patient and took the time to thoroughly understand the needs of our industry and how the website should reflect them. His attention to detail was evident, as he ensured that every requirement was covered and worked closely with the design and development teams to execute our vision flawlessly. Pritam’s communication throughout the process was outstanding. He kept us informed at every stage, provided regular updates, and addressed any concerns promptly. His ability to manage timelines and resources was impressive—the project was completed on time and within budget, without any compromise on quality. What truly stood out was his problem-solving approach. Whenever challenges arose, Pritam was quick to offer practical solutions, always prioritizing our needs and ensuring a smooth workflow. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in delivering a website that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. I highly recommend Pritam. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to QeRetail company and team.

I've used them for years. They are reliable at a great price. Not to mention with a very diverse set of skills.

I have had QeRetail do design updates and maintenance for by BigCommerce store for about 10 years and they always do a very professional job and in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty much anything I request they are able to do. Great partner to have to handle the more technical side of our e-commerce store.

Stacy ensured smooth communication and completed the job within a week. She was patient and resolved minor issues quickly, usually within 1-2 days. We are satisfied with their service and will continue to update our email campaign with their assistance in the future.

Peter and Ruth were great with very timely communication. They understand what we want, and deliver on what was promised. We're very pleased with the result.

Very happy. They converted my website to a new storefront theme and it was quick, accurate and flawless. Very customer service-oriented and very technical capable. I enjoyed working with them and felt I got alot of value for the cost. I will use them again. I had Peter and Pritam on my team. They were quite wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

QE Retail helped me refresh my e-commerce website and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Their team was attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This is my second engagement with QeRetail over the past couple of years. I specifically requested to work with Hardy as the project manager due to his extensive expertise in the field and outstanding communication skills. Working with Hardy has been a pleasure on both occasions. His professional demeanor is consistently focused on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Communicating with Hardy is always seamless, and I often feel that he understands our needs even before I fully explain them. Hardy's dedication to the customer's support stands out. His commitment motivates us to continue collaborating with QeRetail on future projects. While we appreciate the entire QeRetail team for their contributions, Hardy serves as the exemplary face of the company, representing QeRetail as a truly outstanding organization.
