the lady that took our order was super nice, extremely helpful and was so happy and willing to take her time.

The workers looked like students that could have been trained to handle the food. They gave me the impression that they did not know what they were doing. I ordered tacos and he wanted to put white rice inside it. Looked at me funny when I said I wanted tomato and lettuce. The lettuce was dark. He poured the jalapeño sauce and some other sauce all over the taco. I paid $14.00 for three tacos. The meat was not prepared right. Lacked flavor. The tacos were soggy. I ate a bit and threw the rest in the garbage. The workers need to be trained better on how to handle and prepare food. If it falls on counter it should be thrown away and not given to customer. Food should have a better taste. This meat was boiled. If all is improved it could be a good place. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. Lost my money.

Ordered online, two chicken lime salads. These were ready when we arrived, prepared as ordered, and were quite good. (Danvers, MA.)

45 dollars.. meal came freezing cold. How can meal be cold yet chips were hot? Wasnt ubers fault . Delivery was quick. Food was disgusting. Microwaved ?? Chewy tortilla like it was microwaved. Was the meat sitting all day? First time eating there and last. 45 dollars gone.. upset stomack ( and only ate a few .. heated up bites) . Never again

Excellent customer service and the prices are decent compared to other fast food places. Jim gave us Excellent service and even asked us if we wanted to upgrade our meals with a drink and chips plus salsa.

On 9/16 at around 9:15 I ordered a steak fajita quesadilla and drove 20 minutes to get it.10 minutes after I arrived the one worker tells me they are out of fajitas. I’m kind of happy they were out since the lady that was making food was also touching everyone’s money with the same gloves.(look at the cameras).🤮 The lady said I would have to cancel my order even though there was no way for me to do so. Manger ended up giving me refund the next day. I’m scared to visit this place again. This was in Mishawaka Indiana.

I Ordered A Steak Burrito At The Mt. Pleasant MI Qdoba In 2013 My Burrito Wasn't Placed On Their Grill To Brown & Flake The Burrito. When I Took My First Bite Of My Burrito The Tortilla Stretched Out About 6 Inches Before I Was Able To Bite Completely Through So I Could Chew It Up And Swallow It. It Stretched Out Like A Stretch Armstrong Figurine. I Have Never Been Back & I'll Never Go Back To Qdoba In The Future Again.
