This is for the store on West Atlantic Ave in Delray, I am a somewhat regular customer setup for their rewards program but after today I may not be back. Wife and I went there for lunch and since just two weeks ago all the employees are different. The guy behind the counter measured everything in tiny portions, not like 2 weeks ago when the girl was very generous with normal or just over normal portions. This guy was rationing the food. The Manager on duty said if I wanted more cheese than they gave me they would charge extra. The manager mentioned corporate had gotten on them for portion size and I mentioned to him to tell corporate they just lost a customer. With rising prices and people eating out less I would think they would be more pro customer..... Food was not hot either and my wife said the bathroom was so dirty she waited till we got home. I had hoped this was a great alternative to Chipotle but I guess I was mistaken. We arrived at lunch time and the place was basically empty, perhaps other people noticed as well. Amended review, went there again and the server tried to charge me 1.00 fir a tortilla on the side when I ordered a bowl. I said a burrito comes with a tortilla, can't make one without it. Server said but you ordered a bowl and if they didn't charge you last time was a mistake. Poor attitude and a dollar for a few cents worth of a tortilla?...

We arrived at about 5pm, so the dinner rush really had not quite started. They were out of shrimp, I was told they didn't currently have steak, although I saw a bunch piled up on the flattop. We asked for chips and had to ask again when we didn't get them. There was not room in the trash bin to discard our trash. The high school was doing a fundraiser so there were more high schoolers than probably usual; however, they knew about the fundraiser and should've planned for it. They were completely unprepared to serve their guests and I don't plan to return to that store.

The guacamole was tasteless and over the night on the next day turned black. The queso used to be thick but now is runny. Disappointing. We used to love their food.

The amount of food or should I say the lack of food the last 3 times I have been ridiculous. Every time I ask about why the portions are so small I get a hateful attitude that is I want some more corn or lettuce I can have some but that is all the rice, beans and chicken I can have. Come on I am the customer. I should be able to purchase a fair amount of food for $36 to $50. I am going to rethink my go to places to eat.

I don’t know if I accidentally ordered the appetizer bowl or what, but the general manager at the Collegeville location must be joking with these tiny portions. Seriously, I’m paying $12.99 for a bowl and this guy gives me a quarter scoop of rice... The bowl wasn’t even halfway full! I could see the bottom of the bowl, that’s how empty it was. This guy needs a serious talking to because he pulls this stunt every time and I’m over it. If I could give zero stars, I would. This guy’s a joke!

My husband stopped at this location for a breakfast burrito at 10am. The staff did not acknowledge his presence for several minutes even tho he was the only one in the restaurant, then a young man finally asked "are you ready to order?" The order was filled properly and when he paid they did not give him a receipt. When he went back up to the register to ask for it, it took 3 people over 5 minutes to figure out how to produce it. THEY WERE NOT ABLE!! We collect points and the receipt is required. We will NEVER go back to this location. Our regular Qdoba location on Damonte Ranch Parkway is great.
