A friendly advisor by the name of Alex helped answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable about purchasing a new accounting desk top version of my 2022 Quickbooks software. Alex my new account manager said he will be there to help me along the way with any questions or needs I may have.

My computer crashed and Intuit would not allow me to install my 2018 version that was supposed to be valid forever. They are forcing everbody into their subscription service that would cost me $730 a year for my 2 simple companies. I found QBtechs searching for cheaper options and was very suspicous that they were a scam as there are plenty out there. Their online chat rep convinced me to give it a try and I am super happy. I downloaded 2024 Desktop Pro Plus from quickbooks web site, installed and activated it with the key I got from QBtechs and it worked perfectly. Imported my 2 business backups and I am perfect.
