Hard to track the shipping information
It would be more convenience if I can receive a shipping conformation email after the purchase. I don't know when and how the items are shipped and even to be received.

You should have received a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once the order is shipped, or perhaps you can check your junk mail or promotional tab in your inbox. We will investigate on why you did not receive the shipment confirmation email.
