Hello Qamar Jewelry team Hope this message finds you well, I’d like to express my disappointment in the order i received. Unfortunately, the quality of all the items i ordered are nothing like the description of the item nor the picture attached on the website. The rings especially, the size is different, the shape, the color, it got me to suspect whether they are truly 18K gold plated or not! I lost trust in your claims. At least i thought i got to adjust the size around my fingers, but no, they are stiff as a rock and cant be adjusted, thank you for nothing🙂 I bought these items as a gift for my sister, but i cannot gift her the items. And i cant refund thanks to your impossible refund policy. Loved the initiative regarding Palestine.. but is that even true?? Apologies for making this review a long one, but i like giving my honest opinion for quality upgrades if you care about that. And sorry if my review sounds rude, but i am really disappointed. Thank you, hope you make your products match the claims and the pictures, i believe you can do that.

Cheap Chinese product that is directed to westerners who do not know Arabic. Ordered a Quran verse ring as advertised but what I got is a mini scribbles that pretend to be Arabic. Avoid at all costs.

I love the jewelry pieces & their designs, but I don't like the idea that they get discolored & black very quickly after one time use. I only placed my second order for the charity's purpose, but I am disappointed.

after ordering and receiving items. upon opening the package i discovered that an item was missing. So i went onto the site to request the item. Long and behold there terms and conditions state you have to proceed with any claim, customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence, including: The product is clearly shown. The delivery note with the tracking number is visible. The product and tracking number are shown together in the same image. A continuous unboxing video recorded upon first receipt of the package, clearly showing the unopened parcel, the shipping label, and the full unboxing process. An unboxing video is mandatory. Without an unboxing video, we will not proceed with refunds, replacements, credits, or further investigation of the request. Failure to provide sufficient documentation will result in claim rejection. I didnot know it was missing until i OPened the parcel. Would not order again

I was unable to open my clover bangle bracelet. I reached out to customer service and the replied quickly with a video and POOF, my bracelet opened. Customer Service is everything. I like my jewelry!
