After purchasing a rug from this company they asked me to write a review for them. Without my permission they used my personal details to post on their testimonials. I have written to Qaleen , asking them to remove my personal details from their testimonials and they simply ignored it, leaving my testimonial on their website. I am contacting the relevant authorities regarding this matter.

Qaleen has become my go to for quality rugs. I have found the buying process to be as close to a “concierge” shopping experience as possible. My first rug was purchased about a year ago and the challenge was to find another Bokhara that complimented one I already owned. Yasir was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and advised on a perfect match. This year, I purchased an additional two rugs , one which Yasir sourced for me at my request. He has always taken that extra step , communicated daily and shipped expediently . The process has been remarkable in both product content and service. Five stars is not enough!

I am so very happy with both my new green Bokhara rug and my experience with Qaleen. The rug is gorgeous and very well made. I have several expensive Persian carpets, so I'm pretty picky.
