I had a great experience with an associate named Mutjaba. He got back to me swiftly and was understanding and did an amazing job accommodating what i needed and looking for.

I had the most pleasant experience with Qalam Tours! I went alone with my cousin, both of us are young girls and we had the best experience- no trouble finding accommodations, hotels, rides, everything was completely taken care of alhamdulillah. 10/10 recommend !

I had an excellent experience working with Ismail from Qalam Travels. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Umrah visa requirements and helped me clearly understand the permitted dates and travel restrictions. Despite tight date constraints, Ismail went above and beyond to curate a package that fit my needs perfectly. He was kind, friendly, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, always responsive and patient with my questions. His professionalism and genuine care made the planning process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Ismail to anyone looking to book an Umrah trip

Mutaba was great. We had a complicated Umrah plan and Mujtaba helped me plan it with patience and accuracy. Prices quoted were reasonable and competitive.

The service provided was extremely good especially Hotel selection accommodating our needs properly for a good Umrah trip. And good customer service whenever needed was maintained.

Recently had a trip to Italy. Our travel agent Muhammad Arslan did an amazing job and the price was also reasonable for all three hotels that we stayed at with breakfast included. He spent time to make sure our flights would work out and made sure we also had transportation that was reliable. Overall the experience was amazing. Cannot recommend enough
