Qalam TravelsReviews of qalamtravels.com

Great team, Hammad is a very knowledgeable, professional, decent, reliable and pleasant person. I recommend this to all for Umrah trip. Their packages are very reasonable.

My family and I performed Umrah earlier this year, alhamdulillah, and we decided to go through an agency. We came across Qalam Travels, and from the very beginning, they were extremely helpful and responsive. Brother Hammad assisted us immensely; he made sure all of our preferences were met and handled every detail of the booking process smoothly. Everything was well-organized. I would definitely use Qalam Travels again.

We (myself and my wife) had a wonderful experience in our one week travel to KSA. We had a number 1 hotels near Masjide Nabobee and Haram Sharif, private transport, well versed Tour guide/Operator in Ziarats in Madinah and Makkah, All credit goes to Mr. Ismail who addressed all our questions/concerns, and provided the best service. We were in Tawaf on the 25th of March, and our Guide/Muallam managed to guide us from the start to end. Thanks to Qalam travels.

I had a Great experience with Qalam Travels And Ismail is the guy to go for. He really helped me managing everything from transportations to hotels. It was very well managed and got me what I hoped for. He was always one text and call away and helped me and my family through out our Umrah Journey. I will definitely travel with them again.

I had an excellent experience with this group and truly appreciate the high level of service they provided from start to finish. From day one, they were attentive, organized, and committed to ensuring everything went smoothly. My Umrah guide was extremely knowledgeable and supportive, making the entire journey much more meaningful and stress-free. I would also like to specifically acknowledge Brother Mujtaba Abbas, who handled all bookings efficiently. The process was seamless—I simply provided my information and payment, and everything else was taken care of. Their 24/7 communication was especially impressive. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were always available and ready to assist promptly. Overall, this is a trustworthy and professional team. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning their Umrah journey.

Their service is above 5 star. My umrah trip from US didn’t expect to go that smoothly. Hamood from Qalam travels gave me the best package based on my budget and timeline. And everything was managed so well. I had drivers from airport to hotel, tours in Madinah and Makkah, train from Madinah to Makkah , driver from Makkah to hotel. The driver reached out to me day earlier for confirmations and kept constant communication. The trip went very smooth Alhamdullilah

Great experience, great hotels for the price and I want to thank brother Ismail for all the work he did, he really did make it easier.

My mom went for umrah with her 3 friends. She came back very happy and satisfied with the trip. We communicated with Mujtaba Abbas. Thank you so much.
