I am writing this review as a customer from Italy, and I want to share my very positive experience with PyleUSA customer service. I contacted their support regarding a replacement glass basket for my NutriChef air fryer. Since I am based in Italy, finding the spare part in Europe was not easy. However, the customer service team took the time to investigate the issue, contact their warehouse and look for a solution instead of simply telling me that the part was unavailable. I would especially like to thank Jonel Tolosa, who handled my request with great professionalism, patience and kindness throughout the entire process. He kept me informed and followed up with the warehouse until a solution was found. What impressed me most was the willingness to help a customer located overseas. Despite being in Italy and dealing with a US-based company, I always received clear, polite and professional assistance. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes a difference. It is reassuring to know that there is a company behind the product that is willing to support its customers even when a problem is not straightforward. I am also very happy with my NutriChef air fryer. It is an excellent appliance, works very well and I am very satisfied with its performance. Fast response to my email. Rachel was helpful, courteous. She explained the steps to take to determine the right replacement part for my paddleboard and sent me detailed instructions. I was able to order a replacement the same day.
