Super helpful when I needed a missing piece

The product has been great! We purchased the product a year ago to replace an outdated receiver. It's suited our needs well. Easy to use and provides great sound. When we purchased the product there was an incentive for a free microphone. Although that's not what motivated us to buy it, it was an incentive and always nice to receive a free bonus product. It took ONE YEAR to get the microphone, but it was finally delivered :)

Purchased a 4-mode portable AC. The unit works fantastically for the area. One of the casters broke during shipment. I contacted customer service, and they replaced the caster. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.

I used the chat on the website. It gave me the information I needed in order to order the adapter for the speakers that we inherited upon the purchase of a lake house. I also used the contact email for the manual. They responded quickly, and sent the place to download the manual. Both of these were done efficiently and quickly which helped my situation immensely
