Bought a speaker and it came with the wrong charger, after 4 days of being treated like garbage they explained the charger I needed was no longer available and I needed to go buy one. Customer Service gets zero stars.

Received a pair of PYLE outdoor bluetooth speakers as a gift. They SUCK haven't worked right since they were new. They repaired them once and now telling me theyre out of warranty so repair is only at a fee. Custer service barely speak English wont let u speak with a supervisor and are no help at all. Save your money and buy a better product or you'll be throwing them away quickly like I'm about to do

If I could give this company zero stars that's what they would get. After 1.5 years of discussing a broken and very dangerous E scooter purchased for my son's birthday, we were promised through various emails that we would receive a replacement. We have this in writing. However, the company now tells us after 1.5 years of promises that the warranty is expired and they will not honour their promise for a replacement. Of course its out of warranty, they kept ignoring us and delaying until the warranty expired. I have never experienced this before in dealing with companies in America. Its shocking.

STAY AWAY! I purchased a Pyle Amplifier but had to return it because of a constant buzzing sound. After multiple emails Pyle has never refunded my money or sent me a replacement amplifier. Terrible customer service. A company of thieves.

Bought a keyboard and paid for expedited shipping. However, it's been 2 weeks and we still haven't received the keyboard. I managed to get another keyboard in the meantime but they refuse to give me updated tracking or refund me for the item I haven't received.

ZERO tech support, ZERO customer service. DO NOT buy anything from Pyle Audio. I purchased a $200 cassette deck to transfer 600 cassettes to my computer. No instructions how to do this. Contacted them, go a 5-word response that didn't answer my question. 3 follow-up emails were ignored. Luckily, I purchased this through Amazon and am getting a full refund.

I bought a Pyramid power supply which broke within days of light use. The manufacturer's warranty is useless and they want me to pay for shipping so I can wait 6 weeks to see if they MIGHT be able to fix it, their customer support does anything they can to get out of making things right, and judging by other reviews, it seems this company produces a lot of faulty "lemon" products.
