Great experience Very good replacement under warranty

Found exactly what I wanted for a great price. Looks good, has all the features I wanted and then some....

My speaker messed up. I bought it this past November. I sent a message to Pyle asking for a piece replacement. They mentioned they didn't have one but would send me a new speaker instead. Arrived within two weeks of my original message.

We had a broken part when we received our AC/heater and contacted the customer service. They were very helpful and prompt. Highly recommend this company

NutriChef has customer satisfaction down to a science. I received 2 sets for a birthday gift in 2023. One is a set of cookware, and the other is a bakeware kit. When I registered for the company's one year warranty, they offered to extend it an additional 3 months for free. That warranty helped when one of my pans got discolored on the bottom early on. And recently I wrote to NutriChef about a small imperfection in one of my non-stick cake pans. Both experiences were great. They emailed me back very promptly and verified which pieces were flawed. I sent a photo or two to help them, and then within a week the replacement arrived. You rarely get service like this, and especially with friendly people who don't make you jump through hoops. That's good ethics, and I will check out their products first when the time comes to expand my kitchen ware. The quality is very good too!

Had to email a few times to get the gift for purchasing a paddle board but they did send it and it’s a very nice seat that goes with our paddle board we bought. Price was good and quality is good!!
