Faulty reversing camera One component a special nut for the screen mounting bracket is the wrong one so the Reversing camera set is useless. Contacted the Ebay seller who has been helpful but not came up with the correct part after two weeks wait, so my advice is buy a different brand for better back up service

I would not buy from this company. I brought a PA System from them that that would not charge. I could not use it for my graveside services because the thing would not charge. I reached out to the company and they told me they need a receipt with the condition of the equipment when I brought it from Amazon. I reached out to Amazon. The Amazon rep told the lady I purchased it new. We asked to speak with supervisor and she told us know. Then she go offline to speak with someone and left us hanging on. Amazon took the product back at that point. Then I get this email: Loui Glenn (Support) Jun 7, 2023, 1:05 PM EDT Hello Leona, Upon coordinating, we would like to offer you a $18 credit instead so you can purchase the replacement battery for the unit. If you would accept it, please provide your PayPal email so that we can process the credit immediately. Thank you. I don’t even know what this is about. We did not coordinate NOTHING. It like she decided something in her brain because it definitely not with me. Do not buy anything from these people. They do not stand behind their product ands have very poor customer and communication. BEWARE.

Received outdoor speakers as a gift at Christmas. Purchased new from Amazon. They were not installed for a few months due to weather. The speakers were dead. No sound no signal. The “warranty” only covers repairs once I pay shipping to the faculty. I am also responsible for paying the shipping back to me. They will not make any commitment as to the shipping charge for the repaired speakers. The combined cost could easily exceed the value of the speakers. Worst experience ever.

Sent me a product in a broken bag, called customer service. They told me it was my fault, laughed at me and hung up when I asked for a manager.

I have used this for a few weeks with good success. It stopped working well within the warranty period and that’s when the problems began. Pyle and parent company Sound Around have done nothing but given me the run around. Over a period of weeks multiple phone calls, chats, and emails have gone un-answered. They did end up giving me a claim number but still no guidance on how to get it repaired/replaced. No more Sound around or pyle products for me.

Bought a 3000 watt model P3301BAT pyle Reciever didnt even last 9 months called them because it has a 1 year warranty. The only way to contact them is by e-mail what a joke takes a day or two before you hear from them told them the volume is turned up all the way and its no where as loud as it was when i had it turned up half way . They told me they need a screen shot of proof of reciet sent that in a couple of days later they replied that i had to pay for shipping and handling to send it to them so they can check it out to see if it could be repaired or if they would consider sending me a new one . They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks before i would get it back even bought a extended warranty for 3 years but it dosent start until the unit is one year old now im stuck with junk . I would tell people to think twice before buyiny from them because there warranty policy sucks the worst place i had ever had to deal with you cant even speak to someone its all done by e-mail and a long waiting period before you even hear from them .

Wrote this in Dec of 2022-update 3 months later. Customer service is a joke. Plastic rings around speakers cracking and plastic turning into almost like a powder. 1 speaker fell out of ceiling and luckily no one was seriously hurt. Don’t buy from this company! March 2023 Have now had to replace all 4 speakers plastic rings cracked and turning to like a powder (bad manufacturing process) numerous reviews I have read of the same problem one said the company said they would send him new rings but never did. They are a very poor company with a useless customer service department didn’t even bother to contact them because of the bs the first time with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they should have a class action lawsuit brought onto them.

Lucky they got a 1 star. I use Pyle growing up and they was fantastic but not thier products sucks. I'm extremely disappointed in thier home stereo system. No good is what it is. Sony sucks but they're better quality.
