I ordered a replacement part and was sent the wrong item. I reached out to get the issue resolved and no one has reached back out to me. I use my sauna regularly and I’m missing days because of this issue.

Item stopped working after 6 weeks, and when I requested a warranty replacement, I was asked to pay a $40 fee after it was already shipped.

Shipped ground instead of express sent the wrong item and expect me to wait for it to get shipped back and examined before I can get a refund for there mistake. Can't get the item I ordered now and im expeted to pay for the returnshippingon there screw up so i wont get a full refund anyways.
