North American InvestigationsReviews of pvteyes.com

NAI and Darrin are first class all the way. Unfortunately, had to do some surveillance and came across Darrin's reviews. From the moment I spoke on the phone with Darrin, I had a great comfort level and knew the job would get done properly. Attention to detail and thoughtfulness of questions and background information all very precise and timely accurate reporting. I could not recommend Darrin and NAI more, and will use them again if need be! Thank you!

My family worked with Darrin, the Chief Investigator, on a background investigation of an employee. Darrin was very professional and supportive. It was clear he was reliable and experienced in matters like this. He was able to start the investigation right away and complete it quickly. He provided a thorough final report, which he reviewed with us to make sure we understood the conclusions. If faced with a similar need, we would certainly turn to Darrin again without hesitation.

Darrin and his staff at North American Investigations are exceptionally qualified professionals who work tirelessly to achieve a positive outcome on their clients' behalf. Thank you tremendously, NAI!

My siblings and I worked with Darrin Giglio, chief investigator for North American Investigations, to uncover evidence to back up our suspicion that our family had become the victim of elder fraud. Darrin was always available to us by phone or email, kept us informed as the investigation went forward, and provided a report that enabled us to take action. But more important, he understood the emotional toll the discovery had on our family and spent time with us on the phone explaining the psychology of elder fraud and how to handle sensitive conversations around it with both the victim and the perpetrator in order to protect our family. I can't thank him enough for his support. I never thought we would ever be in need of a private investigator, but I'm glad it was Darrin I called.

5 stars not enough, I’ll give them 10. My family and I going through a horrible probate court case, to make a long story short we needed a background investigation on a woman claiming to be a Registered nurse. I called NAI not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Darrin and I know I was nervously rambling on. Darrin was so calm, cool & professional, took some information and 10 days later we had what we needed. Can’t speak enough on how professional Darrin and the staff were.

I was searching for ways to get information regarding several individuals whom I was trying to locate in addition to background checks, driving records, etc. regarding my cases. I decided to look for an investigation firm which specialize in what I was looking for and needed. I came across North American Investigations (NAI) where I read and heard great things about them so I decided to try them out. I made an inquiry regarding my aforementioned requests, and NAI reached back out to me in a few hours when I spoke with Mr. Darrin Giglio whom was very professional and honest with any and all my requests from beginning to end. Within 48 hours, they provided me with the location of all the individuals I was unable to locate for months including all my aforementioned requests which I found out were all precise. A big plus for me was the background check I received only had the exact specific information I needed instead of it being general or overall with random and/or useless information. In addition to the other reports I received, I actually saw that the reports were from actual reliable sources such as the respective police agency, motor vehicle agency, etc. I actually had to use them again this year when I reach out to Mr. Giglio with another request I needed, and they got the results back to me the next day. I highly recommend NAI to anyone who is looking for a top investigation company for any & all type of requests and services. Depending on your request, Mr. Giglio with his team and staff at NAI can get you the exact requested information directly from the actual source and/or the most reliable agency with all the up-to-date accurate results within a few days which will be useful for your respective case. In my opinion and experience this year using them, North American Investigations (NAI) is a great company that provide excellent and outstanding support and service. Thank you Darrin and everyone at NAI on being very responsive and effective.

I have worked with Darrin Giglio with North American Investigations on numerous occasions. He is clearly a seasoned Private Investigator who cares about his Clients. He is an excellent communicator of the investigative process.

Darrin was awesome. He exercised excellent judgment, gave me the right advice and solved the problem. It cost me a lot and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
