Glenmore Hendricks, NP-C gets right to the point and doesn't waste everyone's valuable time. He has a compassionate understanding of the specific needs at hand and at face value. I definitely recommend, and will definitely remain a client/patient.

Customer service fails to listens to customers concerns or put them first. They falsely advertise that you can use your FSA/HSA; however, fail to provide receipts that are sound enough to actually be reimbursed. While the platform has a lot of potential, it's unfortunate this has left such a bad taste.

UPdate: I finally did get a refund today, the day after writing my review. Actually for my first prescription of $65.00. I had only asked for the $15.70 pre approval to be refunded, so at least they have tried to make it right. If your insurance approves the meds and everything goes smoothly, this MIGHT be a good source. However, if there are any glitches (and there are ALWAYS glitches when it comes to insurance) this company is not worth the money or the energy. I first asked for a med that was not approved by my insurance company, so I lost $65 to Push for that med. Push doesn't recommend or mention that you need to get a pre-approval from your insurance company. So then Push recommended another med. I asked them to get pre-approval first before I spent another $65.00 The pre-approval cost $15.70. I waited and waited for Push to advise. Push advised that approval would come direct to me from my insurance. It never did, so I called my insurance to find out if they had approved it. Of course, they had not received any info from Push. I contacted Push, told them no pre-approval sent to my insurance. They said they would try again. Waited another week, called insurance, still no request from Push. All of this took place in about a 5 week span. I finally gave up. I asked for a refund for the pre- approval and of course, I have not seen that either!

Easy to use, prompt reply great alternative to having to go into the dr's office.

Dr. Jennifer Burbage-Vieth, DNP, APRN, NP-C: What an outstanding doc! (Responsive, Compassionate, Trustworthy, Caring, Professional... all of the things you should expect from your doc.) I quite simply can't say enough good things about my experience with her/practice - She is truly here to serve. Thank You Dr. Jen!

Prompt effective medical care when away from home.

This company is 100% fraudulent. Read the good reviews closely and you'll realize they are fake. Pay attention to the bad reviews, most of which imply the same scam, a perscription that was never sent to a pharmacy. This was my experience as well. When I complained, the so called doctor (fake) tried to scam me a second time by saying he canceled the first order which was already charged to my card. He wanted me to use the same card to pay for the order a second time. I've reported them to the authorities and you should too

The first contact is easy to order the medication, BUT there is always a BUT! When you need to renew the prescription you will need to pay again, each prescription is for 3 months, so you will need to pay for 4 prescriptions a year. in my case spend 300 dollars a year for a 3 dollars medication . This is insane and needs to stop; people's health is not all business!
