paid over $100 and Im told now I have to call my insurance company and see if they will give me another pre authorization. they first ask for $69.95. Then they ask for another $32 for authorization. then they email and say they can't do it. It's a scam

My entire family tested positive for the virus and PUSH was able to help us start antivirals immediately rather than waiting in an urgent care and risking getting others sick. Great service and providers.

I'm an over 40 woman that's been without healthcare for 7 months. I've used Push 3x. Once for a script, once for hormones to fix what Alloy Health made a mess of, and recently for a refill. I've worked with Megan Anderson, DDP each time. When I tell you this company and my experience at each moment of truth using this company has COMPLETELY exceeded expectations, I am not kidding. Both Megan and the Push system have far surpassed the majority of my other healthcare experiences, by far. They're consistent, fair, INCREDIBLY responsive, efficient, friendly - it's really a bit mind blowing, given the traditional experience involving frustration. Given they once again were outstanding, I had to jump on and write a review.

Not the greatest lately. Providers changed. My daughter is an established patient and needed a refill on her birth control that had already been prescribed by Push. Submitted a request, assigned a provider, provider cancelled. Couple of questions: 1. Why would she be assigned a provider that doesn’t treat under 18 when she has an existing patient file? 2. Why wouldn’t the provider just put her back in the queue? Seems they just sub the cars out to whomever grabs the patient like Uber? Have to look elsewhere moving forward.

I would give them 0 STARS if I could. How are these people even doctors?! This review is specifically for LaWunmie Ogun-Semore. When you pay $65, you'd at least expect to make an appt for a video conference or the bare minimum telephone call so she can ask about your symptoms. Everything is done thru online chat and they take forever to respond when you ask a question. This doctor specifically didn't even ask me about my symptoms. I told her I'd been coughing for 2 weeks and that I'd been prescribed Azithromycin in the past. Her response? I was prescirbed Azithromycin again. Didn't ask me about other symptoms. Didn't tell me I possibly had a respiratory infection. I paid $65 for that?! I told you what medication I took in the past and I had to pay $65 for you to prescribe it? How do you even call yourself a doctor?! When the “doctor” was confronted about this, she blocks me and I couldn’t message her anymore. If you need online doctors, I recommend Sesame - the real doctors. I paid $20 to consult with an online doctor thru video chat. Made an appointment and was given 15 minutes to meet with the doctor. The doctor asked me what symptoms I'm having and right away he knew I had a respiratory infection. Prescribed two medications I needed and sent it to the online pharmacy of my choice. He even said a follow-up appointment will be done in 2 weeks to see how I'm doing. Push Health and Dr. LaWunmie Ogun-Semore (if you are a real doctor) - take note of how professional Sesame is. Push Health and LaWunmie Ogun-Semore is a joke.

Horrible customer service. They charged $65 for a prescription that was never sent and then refused to refund the money

Dr.Purdy is my go to doctor, she is always there when I need her and that makes me happy.
