What a disappointing experience all around! I really did not want to have to complain about the service, but I reached out to the provider 48 hours ago, and she has not acknowledged my issues, so here I go… I made a “consult” appointment on Thanksgiving afternoon to ask for a medication that must be taken within 48 hours of flu symptoms. I knew I would not be able to pick it up that day, but wanted to get the prescription in the pharmacy’s system as early on Friday as possible, as I needed to start the medication by Saturday to get the best results. My son had been diagnosed Influenza A two days before, but my symptoms were new. I am an NP myself, and had heard that Tamiflu was in short supply, so it was wise to consider alternatives. I started a consult with NP UdoKoro Nwakanma and asked for Xofluza. I was surprised that the interface asked me to specify the mg and number of tablets that I wanted, but since I happened to know that information, I entered it. The drug I was asking for is dosed by patient’s weight. There was no place to enter my weight, so I sent her a message letting her know my weight, as I knew she would most likely want to confirm the number of tablets that she should prescribe, and not just assume I had entered the correct number. I will come back to the issue of the dosing in a bit. I got a message that the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. So happy! On Friday morning I get a phone call from my pharmacy saying they did not have that medication in stock. The pharmacist had tried a few other stores in their chain, but could not find it. I called a couple of pharmacies, but could not find it either. I called the original pharmacy back and asked if they had any alternatives in stock, and she told me that they had Tamiflu, and that I should reach out to the prescriber to change the prescription. So, I sent a message to NP UdoKoro Nwakanma, asking her to please change the prescription to what was in stock. She informed me that she would change it, but would charge me a $50 change fee. ???? Seriously? Can you imagine going to your doctor’s office with the flu, having them prescribe medicine for you, you go to the pharmacy to pick it up, but they don’t have it in stock, so you reach back out to the provider to have them change the prescription, and then your doctor charges you $50 to order medication available and in stock? Doesn’t happen. I told her that it was awful customer service, and she replied that it is not about customer service, it is about her policy…but she does not seem to understand that her policy is awful customer service. I declined her kind offer to rip me off by charging another $50, and waited until Monday to get the original medication that the pharmacy special ordered for me. The kicker is that when I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication, she had ignored the dosing information I had asked for, ignored my message that included my weight for dosing and prescribed twice the milligrams that was appropriate. Luckily I knew that she had done it wrong, and did not OD on the medication. But, if I had not been a provider as well, I would not have known and I would have taken it as prescribed. I sent her a message 2 days ago to let her know of the error, but she doesn’t care and has not bothered to respond. Both rude and dangerous. I would have preferred to just leave the incident between the two of us, and would have if she had just apologized, but since she didn’t, and since Push is asking for my opinion of the experience, here it is. It sucked. Oh, and my flu symptoms progressed while I waited until Monday to get the prescription, so now I am lucky to be sick too.

I used them for getting an Asthma inhaler, I really thought I outgrown the asthma but when I get really sick it will hit me some times.. I noticed my inhalers are 8 years old and thought let me try to get them online. I downloaded the app told them where I am and a bit about me. I was talking to a doctor in under an hour. They send the prescription to my local pharmacy right away. Well worth the money for such good service. I highly recommend them.

Def scammers. My insurance required pre authorization to release my prescription. I emailed the doctor and the doctor’s response was “read my disclaimer.” Apparently they won’t authorize release and I have to work with the pharmacy. Um the pharmacy didn’t know what I was talking about. So yeah out $70. Definitely go to a real doctor.

If you want a prescription with no Dr consultation this is the place to go but get your wallet ready, it’s going to cost you. If you need the same meds every month they won’t give you a clear answer on why you can’t get refills assigned to a prescription at the time of this so called medical service. When I go to a real doctor and refills are needed to treat whatever they are always assigned to the prescription for a few months before another Dr visit is necessary. These people aren’t helping me they are just taking my money. Beware!!

My experience has been great! I've used them for the past 4 months with ease of prescription, great customer service, and fast.

Even though they knew they couldn't help me, based on my situation and insurance, they still took my money. Ruthless. Alicia DiLisa was my "medical professional" that did nothing. Please stay far away and get real medical advice and help.
